Freight protection

NZ Post are pretty good, but occasionally accidents happen. For your protection we apply a small insurance fee to each order; this insures against loss or damage and is usually less than the cost of a coffee. You can opt out at checkout.  Please note - late delivery is NOT covered by freight protection. We advise you to choose Fast Track** options for tight deadlines.

* Production times are longer for some highly customisable products such as honour boards, personalised ribbons & custom ribbons (all 2 weeks production), custom medals, coins & lapel pins (all 6 weeks production). If a product does have a longer production time than standard, it will be detailed on the product page
