Production time is 4 business days* Order cut-off time is 2pm NZST (3pm NZDT) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Arrival date = production time + estimated express shipping time to your postcode

Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by Courier Post and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date

What is a Handling Fee and what does it cover? At Awards And Trophies, we treat every single order with the same level of creativity and care, regardless of its size or value. Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. This is an additional fee to delivery.
How much are Handling Fees? FREE for orders over $30$6.00 for orders $20 - $30$10.00 for orders under $20 The Handling Fee is charged once per order, not to each individual product in an order.
